The ACCUTRAY may be used as transit storage and as flexible buffer. The products are carefully handled on rolltrays, an empty tray buffer is integrated. As there is no propulsion technology in the isolated buffer area, the ACCUTRAY is perfectly suited as heating or cooling module.

Operational principle:
 empty tray is supplied by the buffer
 tray is loaded by handling
 transport of the loaded trays to the load lift
 transport one level and insertion of the trays
 simultaneous removal from storage and tray transfer at unloading lift
 unloading lift transported to the handlingstation
 displacement of products from the transport tray
 supply to the following machine
 empty tray inserted into return level
