Infeed to sterilizers (autoclaves)

A fully automatic loading of sterilizers (autoclaves) is often the only alternative to enhance manual, repetitive and costly process steps. In order to achieve this, Rotzinger offers a whole range of possibilities: These include all steps from the takeover of the product that is to be sterilized, its pharma compatible handling and transportation, the loading of the sterilizer (autoclave) and until the downstream delivery towards further packaging. We distinguish between an in-line production, in which the products to be sterilized are directly fed to the autoclave, and the off-line or batch production where the autoclave is operated in several shifts (around the clock) and where the products to be sterilized are produced in a single shift operation. For both modes, Rotzinger has developed standardized modules for loading / unloading as well as for the transportation of the products before, inside and after the autoclave. These logistic modules have been successfully introduced in multi-shift operations, too. The modular design allows Rotzinger to elaborate individual, tailor-made solutions and nevertheless, maintain a high level of standardization. Together with the decades of expertise, these solutions result in extremely rugged and durable systems which justify the investment in no time.
