Compact PFR

By using a PFR even the rearmost packaging machines of a production line can be fed continuously and at maximum speed.
There is no overflow at the end of the line, avoiding any reworking and waste.
Overall line performance is improved as packaging branches served by the PFR achieve higher output levels compared to a station-based solution.
In the event of performance variations of the packaging machines the products are kept in an intermediate buffer; this avoids any overflow.
Using appropriate additional functions, the products may be cooled or warmed over a given storage period.

May be installed in rooms with less than 3000 mm room height - no costly reconstruction work.
